Your Responsibilities:

Lead generation and prospecting:

  • Research and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their design and development needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Client Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client business goals and challenges to offer appropriate design solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales on progress and achievements.

Superpowers you will need:

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and development processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the design, UI/UX, or development industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field.
